a) Factory Area:

We have a total area of a square foot of 3,000. This includes an adequately sized production floor, offices, and store.

b) Production Area:

Our shop floor consists of:

  1. LV Panels, Control Panels & Capacitor Bank assembly area.

  2. MDBs & SMDB assembly area.

  3. DB assembly area.

  4. Machining & fabrication area.

  5. Testing area.

c) Manufacturing Facilities:

We manufacture a complete range of Switchgear Systems that meet IEC or BS standards. Our Manufacturing Process includes:

  • Receiving Cubicles and other raw materials.

  • Busbar Fabrication.

  • Assembly and wiring.

  • Bakelite or PVC shrouding on all live parts.

  • Identification labeling.

  • Checkings & routine testings.

  • Preparation of test reports, Operation & Maintenance Manuals.

a) Customer Support

We are offering our customers, warranty of 12/18 months for all the manufactured products from the date of delivery. Also, we assure their life-long after-sale services whenever they require them.

b) Engineers & Technicians

A strong team of engineers, having 5-10 years of experience in switchgear & Control gears and well-experienced electrical technicians and all other co-workers who are the backbone of Glitter.

c) Product Warranty

We offer our customers 12 months part replacement warranty for the complete shop floor assembled products. This covers warranty for any manufacturing fault or any faulty materials excluding damages due to mishandling or misusing of the equipment.
